At Purevale, we’re dedicated to delivering products that support your health and wellbeing. If something doesn’t go as expected with your order, we’re here to help.


Non-Returnable Items

Because our supplements are consumable and hygiene-sensitive, we cannot accept returns once a product has been opened or used. Even unopened products cannot be returned once they leave our facility, as we cannot guarantee their safety for other customers.

Refunds will only be considered with valid proof of an issue (e.g., defective, damaged, or incorrect items).


Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping details before placing an order. Purevale is not responsible for refunds or replacements on orders shipped to addresses incorrectly provided by the customer.


Return Process

If your product arrives defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please reach out to our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos as proof (if applicable)


Refunds

Once approved, refunds will be issued back to your original payment method. Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or card provider.


Subscription Cancellations

Subscriptions can be canceled at any time, but please note: if a renewal has already been processed, we are unable to issue a refund for that cycle.
